Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These terms govern the manufacturing service provided by MillMyArch to dental professionals and laboratories ("you", "the customer"). By submitting a case, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
MillMyArch manufactures custom-made dental restorations (including full-arch zirconia and PMMA prostheses) from the approved digital designs and specifications you supply. The service is intended for dental professionals and laboratories, not for members of the public or patients directly.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are the prescribing/ordering professional and confirm you are qualified to do so.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and clinical suitability of the design files, shade, material choice and specifications you submit.
- You confirm you have obtained any necessary patient consent to share case data with us.
- Final clinical fit, adjustment and fitting to the patient remain your responsibility.
3. Orders & acceptance
A case is accepted once submitted and (where applicable) paid. We may decline or pause a case where files are incomplete, unclear, or clinically unsafe to manufacture, and will contact you to resolve it.
4. Turnaround
Our standard target turnaround is 14 days from case acceptance to dispatch, subject to file quality, material availability and shipping. Turnaround is a target, not a guarantee, unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Warranty & remakes
We warrant that devices are manufactured to the submitted specification and are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a device does not meet the submitted specification due to a manufacturing fault, we will remake or correct it at no additional manufacturing charge. The warranty does not cover issues arising from the design/specification you supplied, incorrect clinical use, patient factors, or damage after delivery.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a case is limited to the amount paid for that case. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for clinical outcomes, which remain the responsibility of the treating professional. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Intellectual property & data
You retain rights in the design files you submit and grant us a licence to use them solely to manufacture your order and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Our handling of personal and health data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and the courts of United Kingdom have jurisdiction. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably first — please contact [email protected].
