Payment & Delivery Terms

Prices are quoted per case based on the selected material and specification, and are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP £). Any prices displayed in other currencies on the site are indicative conversions for guidance only; the amount actually charged is in GBP unless stated otherwise at checkout. Applicable taxes and duties (if any) are your responsibility unless expressly included.

Payment is taken at the point of case submission via our secure payment provider. A case enters the manufacturing queue once payment is confirmed. We do not store your full card details. Where a discount code is applied, it is subject to its own validity conditions.

Our standard target is dispatch within 14 days of case acceptance, subject to file quality and material availability. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier. Tracking details are provided when your order ships. We ship to professional/laboratory addresses worldwide; import duties for international shipments are the recipient's responsibility.

We deliver the manufactured device to the shipping address you provide. Please ensure the address and contact details are correct at submission; re-shipping due to incorrect details may incur an additional charge.

Because every device is custom-made to your specification, it cannot be resold and is not returnable in the ordinary sense. If a device does not match the submitted specification due to a manufacturing fault, we will remake or correct it at no additional manufacturing charge — see the Warranty section of our Terms & Conditions. Issues stemming from the design or specification supplied, or from clinical/patient factors, fall outside the free remake policy. To report an issue, contact [email protected] with your job number.
